2. Present appeal is filed by the husband assailing the order dated 16.05.2013 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in Matrimonial Case No. 149 of 2012 whereunder interim maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- has been directed to be paid to the wife.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant and not disputed by the counsel for the respondents that the learned Principal Judge after hearing the parties has fixed the maintenance amount at Rs. 6,000/- per month. Counsel for the respondents states that the arrears of the maintenance amount in the light of the order fixing the same at Rs.
Patna High Court MA No.441 of 2013 dt.23-06-2015 2/2 6,000/- per month shall be deposited within four weeks.
4. Let appellant deposit the entire arrears of maintenance amount within four weeks and thereafter continue to pay the maintenance amount to the wife at the rate of Rs. 6000/- per month latest by 15th day of every month.
5. This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
