Since the prayer in the writ application was for a direction upon the District Collector, Purnea to dispose off the Ceiling Miscellaneous Case No. 23 of 2011, which was pending for a long period of time, the Learned Single Judge fixed a timeframe of six months for such adjudication. Since the Learned Single Judge has granted all the indulgence to the parties to establish their case before the said

Patna High Court LPA No.2201 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2017 2/2 authorities, whatever may have been said by way of affidavits, including the counter affidavit filed in the writ application, may not be of any avail in the said adjudication, if not already made, it must be concluded forthwith.
