Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2016 in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture and assault. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no demand of dowry has ever been made. The petitioner also admits his marriage with the informant. He is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
