KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P. S. Case No. 397 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and six cartridges from his possession. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, who was also apprehended by police in the same case, has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court, which is Annexure-2 to the petition. He is in custody since 30.08.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56743 of 2017(3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P. S. Case No. 397 of 2016.
