JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2017 The present petition was filed in the year 2015 itself with a prayer to modify an order dated 22.04.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6263 of 2015. By the said order while disposing of C.W.J.C. No. 6263 of 2015 a Bench of this Court had directed the competent authority to dispose of the review petition expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of that order. Sri Prabhakar Tekriwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Food Corporation of India (hereinafter referred to as
Patna High Court MJC No.3105 of 2015 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 "F.C.I.") while pressing the present petition for extension of time submits that the order of the writ court was received in the office of the F.C.I. on 24.7.2015 and thereafter, the present petition was filed for extension of time.
On examining the record it is evident that the present petition was affidavited on 27.10.2015 meaning thereby that after expiry of three months from the receipt of the order of this Court. Moreover, this Court had directed to dispose of the review petition preferably within three months. Meaning thereby that there was no specific direction to dispose of the review petition within three months itself. In that view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that there is no need to pass any further order. The petition stands disposed of.
