The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in which, later on, Section-304(B) of the Indian Penal Code was also added. It is submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and being an old person aged about 76 years, he is languishing in jail custody since 15-10-2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and old age of the petitioner coupled with his detention in custody, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.
