JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-09-2018 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 18753 of 2017 by deleting the respondent nos. 1 to 6 from the array of parties inadvertently printed, and instead adding Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition, namely (1) The Managing Director, State Food Corporation, Patna; and (2) The District Manager, State Food Corporation, District Gaya; and further for extension of a period of four weeks for filing representation.

2. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the same is allowed and the judgment dated 05.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 18753 of 2017 is modified by deleting the names of respondent nos. 1 to 6 from the array of parties and by adding the Managing Director, State Food Corporation, Patna; and the District Manager, State Food Corporation, District Gaya as the respondent nos. 1 and 2, respectively, in the array of parties.
3. Time of four weeks as stipulated for filing the representation before the concerned respondents in terms of the judgment dated 05.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 18753 of 2017 shall stand extended and shall be reckoned from today.
