The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AC), 26(i), (ii), (iii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

On secrete information of have been running a mini gun factory the police has made a raid in the garden of Mohsin and after taking all precaution entered into the garden and from a thatched house the police has recovered large number of arms. Police along with Moshin went to his house, where Md. Shamim Ahmad and Md. Rauf were found sleeping and no any incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. Petitioners are in custody since 27.5.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51243 of 2015 (3) dt.09-11-2015 Looking to the period of custody, let petitioners, namely, Md. Shamim Ahmad @ Md. Shamim and Md. Rauf, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, in Lodipur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015.
