2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner is alleged to have stolen a four wheeler vehicle (Scorpio) which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is accused in 8 more criminal cases and it appears that the petitioner is a professional criminal.

6. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The District Judge, Araria is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the trial of all the cases at the earliest.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Araria through FAX and e-Mail for its compliance forthwith.
