2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 125, 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 145, 147 of Railway Act, 1989.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation. No specific overt act has alleged against this petitioner and petitioner has been dragged in this case only on suspicion. During course of investigation, no cogent material has come to show involvement of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna / concerned Court in connection with GRP Barh P.S. Case No. 5 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
