Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that all the inmates of the house killed the daughter of the informant, who happens to be the daughter-in-law of the petitioner.
It is submitted that the only material against the petitioner is that on his disclosure, dead body was found from a ditch. It is stated that there was illicit relation between the

No.54517 of 2016 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 deceased and one co-villager Munna Sah and the husband of the deceased was not happy about this relationship and there is no such allegation of demand of dowry or torture against the petitioner and the husband of the deceased is in custody. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-2, Jehanabad in connection with S.Tr. No. 611 of 2016 arising out of Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016. (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U
