2. The petitioners are in custody since 23.06.2023 in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 146 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are the assailants of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to property dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is general allegation of assault against these petitioners. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66695 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69270 of 2022.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail after framing of charge if the charges have not been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Chapra, Saran in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 146 of 2022.
