This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Penal Code. In the first information report a doubt has been created that the petitioner might have done the death as the dead body of the victim was recovered from the well and it is alleged that at about 04.00 P.M. on 21.04.2015 when the informant had been to attend the neota, then, two accused, Chandrika Manjhi and Manoj Manjhi have enticed her grandson.

From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
