The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 264 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that similarly circumstanced coaccused Lal Kishore Yadav, Ramashray Yadav and Nawal Kishore Yadav have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32823/2015.
Learned counsel for the State does not dispute this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51662 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2 / 2 fact. He submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law respectively of the deceased.
Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 13.08.2015, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 264 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
