The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 dated 04.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the possession of the petitioner, one hundred and eleven litres of Country Made Liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, above named is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56779 of 2017 (2) dt.30-11-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017.
