2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant was sitting on his shop, in the meantime, all the accused persons came there and asked him to give extortion money. On protest, they started assaulting him with hockey, iron rod resulting into fracture of his legs. The accused persons also assaulted the family members of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67055 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent and there is no allegation against him to assault anybody. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
