JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kurtha P.S.Case No. 202 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 271 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the materials collected in course of investigation from which it transpires that the petitioner being Mukhia appointed one Om Prakash in the name of Indu Kumar after obtaining Rs.30,000/- as illegal gratification, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
