11-12-2015 Heard Sri Shailendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is in custody in Barauli P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that without any guilt, the petitioner is inside the jail since 18-06-2015, on allegation of theft of two motorcycle, whereas, the motorcycle belong to the petitioner.
Keeping in view of nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Lal Babu Prasad be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52808 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Amit Kumar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj/concerned court in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015.
