The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 265 of 2015 registered under Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the age of the victim and her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
