02. 31.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 395 of 2005 registered under Sections 323, 324, 504, 447, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran. Considering that the Informant had given an application before the Chief Judicial Magistrate that he apprehended danger at the hands of the present Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
