Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.131 of 2016, registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act.
Allegation in brief is that the deceased was married with the petitioner four years back, she was tortured in connection with further demand of dowry and on account of that she was killed and dead body was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband, in fact the deceased died of diarrhea and now even the informant has also entered into compromise.

No.57393 of 2017(3) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the nature of offence and the petitioner is husband, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.131 of 2016, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., 4th, East Champaran, Motihari, at this stage.
