JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2024 Heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned counsel along with Mr. Nawal Kishore, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned GA-8 for the State.

2. The petitioner, in paragraph no.1 of the present writ application, has sought for, inter alia, following reliefs, which is reproduced hereinafter:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ (s) /direction(s) to the Respondents to accept the Joining of the petitioner on the post of Home

Patna High Court CWJC No.15430 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 guard in Goh Rural Area in place of Respondent No. 7 in view of the Advertisement 02/2011 published by the Home Department, Government of Bihar and the Selection list was prepared.

And/or for any other appropriate reliefs to the petitioner for which he maybe found entitle to in the eye of law."

3. Learned counsel in view of the development which has taken place seeks to file a detailed representation before the Chairman, District Selection Committee-Cum-District Mangistrate, Aurangabad.

4. Considering the limited relief as sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation giving all the particulars in their own respect before the the Chairman, District Selection CommitteeCum-District Mangistrate, Aurangabad for consideration of their grievance and the the Chairman, District Selection CommitteeCum-District Mangistrate, Aurangabad is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
