2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 23.08.2024 passed by learned Exclusive Special Court, SC/ST Act, Patna in connection with Serial No. 244 of 2024 arising out of Didarganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2024, registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. As per F.I.R., this appellant and other named accused

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4306 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 persons misbehaved with informant and other lady officers of raiding team and also attacked with bricks and also fired bullet.
