The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 131/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/ 385/341/323/448/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and concocted. However, on perusal of the case diary and other materials which have come on record, it appears that the matter is very serious and the investigation is under progress. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
