The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Prosecution case is that the son of the informant got attached with Maoist organization when he fell in love with the daughter of Ganesh Sharma, the head of the organization, as a result the organization awarded death penalty to the son of the informant. The petitioners also happen to be the member of the said Maoist organization.

Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14137 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.6/2014, pending before the learned CJM, Saran. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
