2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 379, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of sexually assaulting the victim who is a 13 year old girl.

4. Considering the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
