The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/557/2017 dated 04.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 54 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IIcum-Special Judge (Excise), Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/557/2017.
