JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and the name of petitioner was disclosed by those persons, who were apprehended on the spot. Moreover, persons, who were caught on the spot, have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40595 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15545 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S.Case No. 36 of 2014.
