1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for a direction to the concern Civil Court, Patori specially Learned Sub-Judge, Patori to amalgamate and analogously hear the T.S.No.283 of 2013 (Indradeo Thakur and another Vs. Permeshwary Devi and others) and T.S.No.105/2016 (Harendar Thakur Vs. Bipin Sharma and others) pending before Learned Sub-Judge, Patori, as the both suit parties are same and subject matter of relief for the one properties and further prays for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner found entitled be given."
