1. The limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present case is to direct the District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Sheohar to expedite the hearing of the pending Land Encroachment Appeal Case No.15 of 2023-24.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, forthwith. It is directed accordingly.
