Considering the nature of dispute, this court is not in a position to grant any positive direction in the matter of present petition for consideration and inclusion of the name of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Tola Sewak. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, Jamui by filing representation for redressal of her grievance made in this petition. In case such petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today along with copy of this order, the respondent (the District Programme Officer) Jamui shall take final decision on the representation of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of
