ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 10.4.2013 by which the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate/S.D.O., Barh, has declared title and possession of Opposite Party No. 2 in Case No. 733(M) of 2005.

The Petitioner is mainly aggrieved with the order since there is an observation with regard to the title of the said land.
