Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 206 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, after getting information by Prabha Devi (deceased) that she is being assaulted, the mother of the informant came there and saw the dead body of Prabha Devi in the room where husk was stored. It is claimed that the petitioner and other co-accused have killed after strangulating her with rope and concealed the dead body in that room.

No.53806 of 2015 (3) dt.18-01-2016 found that all the three brothers of the husband of the deceased were separate, there was complete partition, the house of Prabha Devi was found close, only it has come that there was quarrel between the deceased and the petitioner and as such the petitioner who is suffering in custody since 28.09.2015 deserves sympathetic consideration to which learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner is named in the FIR and some of the witnesses have stated that the deceased informed that the quarrel is going on with the petitioner and further the daughter of the deceased has stated the involvement of the petitioner and other co-accused in killing her mother.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/-Siddharth U T
