The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and section 3(10)(x) SC/ST Act.

Accusation is of out raising modesty of the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. There is no injury report of the informant on record. Admittedly the occurrence took place inside the house

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53702 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 which cannot be treated as a place of public view. For the occurrence of 12.05.2015 the F.I.R. was registered on 15.05.2015. Considering the above facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge 1st Aurangabad, in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 126/2015, S.T. No. 40/2015 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
