SINHA) Date: 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent, with their consent we dispose of the appeal maintaining the order of divorce but directing the husband respondent to pay the appellant maintenance amounting to 1/4th of his take home salary or Rs. 4,000/- per month, whichever is higher. The enhanced maintenance amount shall be payable to the appellant from the month of April, 2015. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
