The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant who is a Chawkidar, informed the police that dead body is lying in the Mango Orchard of Md. Riyaz Master and on that basis this case has been registered against unknown.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Except for confessional statement of the co-

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 44/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XIV, Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
