2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for direction to respondent authorities for removal of illegal encroachment from his land bearing Khata No. 91, Khesra No. 82
Patna High Court CWJC No.15555 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 area measuring |1 Katha 2 Dhur situated at Mauza Hansrajpur, P.S.- Ekma, DistrictSaran ignoring his rights and entitlement upon land in view of sale deed, rent receipts and continuous possession upon land since petty longtime, which attains its finality but the Private Respondents with the help of unsocial elements or on point of muscle, man power and money had encroached the land forcibly ignoring established principle of law in this regard and further prayer for compensation in view of damage caused by virtue of illegal encroachment of land in question, which is commercial in nature with litigating cost for unnecessary harassment and for other necessary relief relief's on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate forum/Court for the redressal of the grievance.
