The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 145 of 2017, a case under Sections-328, and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has already been acquitted in this case. Hence this application for regular bail has become infructuous now.
