The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 498(A)/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

The matter was sent to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 22.01.2024.

In compliance thereof, the mediation report is kept at flag 'B' and on perusal of the same, it is apparent that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
