JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-10-2016 The petitioner ultimately confined the prayer with respect to non-payment of revised difference of pension for the period 1.4.1997 to 31.3.2007 whereas from the earlier order of this Court dated 4.10.2016, it appears that for whatever amount the petitioner was entitled has already been paid to him.

If the petitioner has not been paid the revised difference of pension, the petitioner will be at liberty to file proper representation before the respondent concerned. It goes without saying that if a representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12008 of 2013 dt.17-10-2016 the respondent authority will examine the correctness of the statement of the petitioner and will dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order.
