JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.8.2015 on the accusation that he was caught by the Informant with stolen bag and subsequently, was produced before the Police with stolen bag. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and as a matter of fact, a quarrel had taken place between the petitioner and Informant but, subsequently, the Informant with the help of his associates, brought the petitioner to Police Station and lodged this false case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.56766 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with GRP (Patna Junction) P.S.
