Patna High Court CWJC No.8072 of 2016(3) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 District Teachers Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari in Case No. 770 of 2011 and 752 of 2010 before the State Appellate Teachers Tribunal, Patna.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty with further direction that in case the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the Tribunal would consider the matter on merits and would not be impeded by the issue of limitation.
