Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.134 of 2012, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.14 of 2016, registered under Sections 302, 328, 498A and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other two co-accused separately put on trial including the wife of the petitioner and they have been acquitted and the case of the petitioner was separated because he was absconding at that point of time. However, the report of the court below shows that only I.O. remains to be examined, so the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.134 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Additional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57406 of 2017(3) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 Sessions Judge-IV, Banka with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within three months otherwise the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
