2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2023 in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 287/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 41(1)/36 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72512 of 2022, but he could not comply with the conditions which were imposed and, therefore he surrendered and prays for regular bail. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-2, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 287/2020.
6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Khanpur police station on every 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of the month.
