JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26, 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioners are named in the first information report and it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 opened fire but the said firing did not hit the informant and after that petitioners and their associate took shelter in the house of one Nawal Mahto. The informant and police party went there and caught the petitioners and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of each petitioners.
