The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2019 in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 89/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents. It is alleged that two live cartridges were recovered from the possession. It is further submitted that co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 23.08.2019 and 24.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52933 of 2019 and 44970 of 2019 respectively.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.59561 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, IV, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 89/19.
