1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case no.269 of 2023 registered under sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was going to attend his classes, two accused persons on a motorcycle snatched his mobile phone.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against two unknown. From the order of the learned trial Court, it would transpire that the stolen mobile phone was recovered from the possession of one Arjun Chaudhary. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have sold the stolen mobile phone in a shop. Learned counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65857 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 submits that the allegations are absolutely false and concocted. He has not been put up on T.I. parade. He is in custody since 27.7.2023 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation which has been dealt with in the order of the learned trial Court, chargesheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case no.269 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna.
