Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,323,427,379,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x) of the SC &S.T. Act.
The accusation is that the petitioners abused the complainant by calling her caste name and assaulted and also snatched a silver chain.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. There is land dispute between the parties. The complaint was lodged after three days of the occurrence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53855 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
