The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63312 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 dispute between the parties. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged disputes.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-13-cumSub-Judge-14, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
