1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "1. (i) For giving a direction to grant approval for grant of 6th Pay Revision, Pay Scale of the petitioner pending before the Respondent No. 02 and consequently fix the pay scale and grant its arrear within a stipulated period.

(ii) For giving a direction to grant 7th Pay Revision Pay Scale to the petitioner alongwith its arrear within stipulated time.

(iii) Any other relief reliefs for which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

2. Mr. Aman Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15359 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 submits that the grievance of the petitioner having been redressed during pendency of this application, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
